Inequalities in the criminal justice system

One of The biggest problems in the U.S. is that the criminal justice system is a race-based institution where African Americans and Latinos are directly targeted and punished in a much more aggressive way than white people. I believe in equality for all. No one should be treated different based on the color of their skin, race, or religion. It’s hard to believe that most of the people incarcerated are black and Latino. This is clearly a pattern that cannot continue. I decided to create posters that will have images or information that will shed light on this issue.

Here are some posters from the research i made so far.

  1. Unfortunately, this is a huge problem in the United States today, it is ridiculous to hear about mandatory sentencing and disparity in punishment times when it comes to race. I recommend watching "13th" on netflix, it handles this issue perfectly.
